Description
In this episode, I’m talking with educator, author, herbalist Kristine Brown. Kristine has devoted much of her life to creating herbal education curriculum for our youngest budding herbalists. We talk about how she sought to fill that blank spot in educational herbalism by creating her long-running zine, authoring books that make herbalism approachable, and creating new class offerings to share her sense of wonder with young people and teach them how they can communicate with the plant world. It’s not a one way street, you know. We’ll also talk about some of our favorite books and our favorite plant friends. So turn your ear over here ‘cause this one is jam packed.Kristine Brown, RH(AHG) is a practicing traditional community herbalist and mother of four children and two step children, two of which she homeschooled for 11 years.
