In this episode we speak with Yu Jeat, an ST6 Trainee from the West-Midlands Deanery and Kate Silvester, a healthcare systems engineer on how to apply the principles of quality improvement to enact change in a hospital eye service. We discuss specific examples of changes that have been made in light of COVID-19.
