As we get closer to the 2022 NHL Draft in Montreal, Locked On Flyers hosts Russ Cohen and Rachel Donner join us to give us tidbits from the Draft Combine in Buffalo, particularly as it pertains to the Canadiens. Russ was covering the combine and was able to speak to many of the players, and this is the first of a two-part draft prospect related episode, with the second episode, coming tomorrow, covering Shane Wright, Logan Cooley, Juraj Slafkovsky, Simon Nemec, Matthew Savoie, David Jiricek, and more.

We also recap the Laval Rocket games over the weekend as the series heads back to Springfield, and we discuss our respective nemeses of the week between our two shows. The officiating in both the NHL and the AHL playoffs leaves a lot to be desired so we touch on how the series between the Rocket and the Thunderbirds is getting out of control and Cayden Primeau, who has played extremely well behind the Rocket, ends up being the collateral damage.
