Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Claudia has been in the states for 20 years. She's lived everywhere from Maryland to Miami to Austin and most recently Minnesota. After living in various cities, Claudia became a melting pot of cultures that made her fluent in Spanglish. 

Throughout her career, she has developed a passion in Multicultural marketing. Despite the success, her annual reviews have been flooded with feedback such as  "you are too passionate" or "you have an attitude". That said, the same feedback made her who she is today. Navigating small agencies and big fortune 500 companies with her most authentic self has made it easier for Claudia to ensure her voice has been heard.
