She has extensive experience in community engagement, public policy, and nonprofit management. She previously served as Executive Director of the Kansas Center for Economic Growth in Topeka, Executive Director of the Rosedale Development Association in Kansas City and the Program Director for Rosedale Healthy Kids. Heidi holds a bachelor’s degree from Bethel College and a master’s degree in public administration from the Bloch School at the University of Missouri Kansas City.
