Description

Welcome to Roadcase, a podcast exploring the live music experience!! Join us for this exciting and super-fun interview with Rick, Peter and Ben of Goose!!  Josh caught up with the band over July 4 weekend for a live, in-person interview before their show at The Pines in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  During the Covid shutdown, Goose found creative ways to keep the music alive, streaming shows and content that encouraged their fans to get involved in a big way, which became a hallmark of Goose's recent success.  Goose's popularity actually sky-rocketed since Covid based not only on the strength and power of their playing (and play they did!), but also by virtue of being a constant and comforting presence in their fans' lives. The band's recently released album, Shenanigans, represents even more powerful sonic evidence that these guys absolutely rock.  Goose shows, on the other hand, are monstrous demonstrations of the power of LIVE!!  Most recently, the band is also producing its own festival, FredFest, at the Lockn Farm site August 20-22 featuring sets by Goose, Dawes, Dr. Dog and Corey Wong.  Come on aboard and learn more about Goose:  super talented musicians and stellar humans who will also rock your socks off!!For more information: https://linktr.ee/roadcasepod and https://www.roadcasepod.comContact: info@roadcasepod.comTheme music:  "Eugene" (Instrumental)" by Waltzer
