Description

Today I’m chatting with Bree Wasylenko. She made the move to Toronto post high school to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer. Over a decade later, she has worked as a dancer in an abundance of films and TV shows (including Top 20 of So You Think You Can Dance Canada, Season 3), performed on stages all around the world, and choreographed for major brands and award winning artists. Bree began her transition to acting with her first role on the hit Family Channel TV show “The Next Step” but you can also find her playing a diverse group of characters from a 1900’s housewife in “Murdoch Mysteries”, to being painted head to toe green as an Orion in “Star Trek: Discovery”. “There’s that famous question people always ask: Where do you see yourself in one year? Five years? Ten? I’ve never been able to answer that question and I LOVE IT. If you’re open to life and it’s magical ways, you never truly know where you will end up. And I think that’s pretty darn cool ?.” Bree Wasylenko Journaling Prompts:Where do I feel this in my body?Where is this coming from? What led me here? What can I learn from this? ?If you're enjoying the podcast - please leave a review! ?Thanks as always for listening and have the best day yet!⠀++Special props ?Producer & Editor - John BalderstonMusic: Clouds - Joakim Karud
