BYU's entrance into the Big 12 Conference has been known for some time, but we learned this weekend that the other three new entrants to the conference will be joining the Cougars in entering on July 1, 2023, which is great news if you're a Cougar fan as it means you can officially begin the countdown

Finall,y Jake wrapped up the show by chonicling the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships as Ashton Riner and Courtney Wayment brought home national titles in the javelin and 3,000 meter steeplechase, respectively, while leading the women's team to a ninth-place finish, among other news and notes
