Wednesday's podcast began with National Signing Day for the BYU football program. Jake Hatch explained that while he doesn't expect any signings today there are plenty of names of guys returning from missions or greyshirts that will be part of the program this fall and he ran down their names

Attention then turned to the hardwoods as the BYU men's basketball program had their game(s) against the San Diego Toreros cancelled due to another COVID-19 outbreak for USD. Jake explained why a potential matchup with Gonzaga that could hypothetically be played this Saturday may not happen

Finally, the podcast wrapped up with the other BYU sports news, including a tough road loss for women's basketball, a lackluster finish in women's golf, a player of the week honor handed out in women's volleyball and the softball schedule being revealed
