Joel has recently entered his first season in the National Hockey League after spending 9 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of Alberta Golden Bears and Pandas. He completed his Masters Degree from the University of Alberta in 2015. Prior to working there, he spent 5 years competing with the Augustana Vikings men's hockey program.
