On this weeks episode of What's on your mind, Jason wanted to find out the ugliness of owning a business.  Everyone always talks about how great they're doing even if they're not.  So, we brought Stephen Trapp from Blue Star Auto Detailing back on to share his experiences in growing his business.  We got a little heavy on employee hiring and retention, but that seems to be the hard part of running a business right now.
