Jim has worked in the political and public policy arena for over three decades in his business, Innovative Research and Data Solutions, and at organizations like Focus on the Family and Americans for Prosperity. Jim also served as Chief of Staff for two U.S. Congressmen where he directed political priorities, policy issues, and constituent services from Capitol Hill. He also advised on communications and grassroots political efforts. Through his consulting firm, he provided his expert services on public policy and public relations, business research, media strategies, grassroots campaigns, and pro-family organizations.
