It’s unique to you, so tap into that place of power, and bring it into anything you’re doing.Overcoming your fear of pivoting (12:40)Learn how to listen to your inner voice, and discern what is fear holding you back that should be pushed through. Mindfulness for creativity comes  though meditation.How do you manifest, according to the laws of attraction? (14:59)Have a clear intention and elevated emotion. You may have to trick your body – if you can put your body in a state of joy and gratitude, the chemical reaction will follow.How does shadow work tie in? (18:25)The more I was in an elevated state of consciousness, the more my shadow side was showing up. For me to get past this point of transcendence, I had to face all of that. Which daily habits will achieve mindfulness for creativity? (29:34)Start with meditation. Use an app, or use any method that aligns with your beliefs. It’s  about finding stillness.Advice on letting things go, evolving, and allowing change. (34:06)Set a small boundary. It doesn’t have to be closing your business - it could just be something small like only taking 2 sessions a week. Strategy to avoid burnout (42:32)Write down every minute that goes into a session.
