Description
In this videoconference talk from 2 April, 2021, Ajahn Anan discusses the positive and negative aspects of a developed world and how we should relate to it.
"During the Buddha’s time, even though the world was not developed, it was very well-developed in terms of the mind. People had to travel with difficulty, go far distances and through the wilderness, yet many saw and knew the Dhamma. Now, the world is much more developed. These days you can learn the Dhamma, and there is all the technology (communications) to support it. But for those who don't know and are deluded, there are many dangers."
