Description
Huge opened up the show by talking about some news that broke today that MSU Athletic Director Bill Beekman has stepped down. We were joined by Jim Comparoni to get his thoughts on this news and to talk about where MSU goes from here. Huge and Jim also talked about Mel Tucker and his Spartan football team. We were then joined by Tony Annese who is the Head Football Coach for Ferris State University. He updated us on how his team has been doing in the off-season, and talked about what they're bringing to the table once football gets going again. We were joined by Matt Mitchell, the Grand Valley State University Head Football Coach in our second hour today. Matt joined us to update us on his football program, the GLIAC, the recent conference realignment situation, name/image/likeness, the transfer portal, and so much more. In our final hour we were joined by a few other great coaches from Division II football so we could get an update on their respective teams. We discussed how things wrapped up in their previous seasons, what the off-season has been like, and what the plan is going into the season. We were first joined by Saginaw Valley State University Head Coach Ryan Brady to talk about the Cardinals. We were were then joined by Northwood University Head Coach Leonard Haynes to talk about the Wildcats.
