Description
Many of us have been working at home for a week or so now, and perhaps the novelty is starting to wear off. In the coming weeks is when we will be at most risk of damaging ourselves, because we are "making do" at our dining table, bedroom or home office. To help steer us in the right direction, Kirsty Angerer, The Travelling Ergonomist took some time out to share with us some top tips, with a look at behaviours and culture as much as the specifics.
More advice can be found from Kirsty on her website - https://thetravellingergonomist.com/
She is also very contactable on social media such as Linkedin and Twitter, just search for The Travelling Ergonomist. She also hosts her own podcast, The Travelling Ergonomist, and is one of the podcasts that inspired me to launch this one. Hopefully when life settles down again, we will collaborate on more topics :-)
