As parents, it’s natural to feel intimidation or fear of the topic of suicide, but parental support is key to helping your kids with their own suicidal thoughts or helping them cope if someone they know is talking about it. Asking questions, creating a safe space, and knowing where to get help is a great place to start when navigating this topic with your kids.
