Bill is live today from the Boat Show at Devos Place in downtown Grand Rapids. He discussed a number of different topics throughout the day today with some of our insiders as well as some great folks from the Boat Show. Bill asked the audience what they think about Juwan Howard and his basketball team at the moment. He's really answered the call after Beilein left U-M. Bill also discussed Beilein stepping down from his head coaching position with the Cavs - Chris Balas joined in on that conversation. Bill also through out a question to the audience - if he were to buy a boat today, what should he name it? We got some VERY Interesting answers to say the least. To wrap up the first hour we were joined by Ben Gruver from Premier Boating to tell us what deals can be found this weekend!
To kick off the second hour, we had Scott Miller on from the Bleacher Report to talk about the Astros cheating scandal and how it’s basically them against the world at the moment. Tony Ortiz also joined us to discuss the NFL trying to expand their regular season schedule as well as the playoff schedule. Bill and Tony also talked about the Lions briefly in regards to drafting.
In our final hour we were joined by the radio voice of NASCAR – Jeff Striegle. He accompanied Bill at the boat show to discuss his point of view of the Ryan Newman wreck from the Daytona 500. They also discussed the future of NASCAR in terms of safety. And Ben Nielsen from the Boat Show joined us to fill us in on even more great offers happening this weekend.
