Description

We started the show today by playing our interview with Ben Wallace from when he was in studio recently – Bill and Ben discussed the recent moves made by the Pistons. They also talked about the passing of Kobe. We then talked about Ryan Newman’s wreck last night from the Daytona 500. The radio voice of NASCAR, Jeff Striegle joined us to tell us the story from his view point. We wrapped up the hour with Kim Slager from BHS Insurance. She let us know about an event happening next Tuesday regarding what to do in an active shooter situation.
In the second hour we were joined by a couple of our Lions Insiders as news out of Detroit is reporting that they’re thinking of possibly trading Darius Slay. We got the viewpoints from Logan Lamorandier as well as Tim Twentyman. They broke it down with Bill and discussed what else is going on in the off-season. They also talked about the combine coming up next week.
The final hour of the show today focused mostly on the NBA and the Pistons. Bill and Scoop Jackson brought up how Lebron promised a group of 200 students full-ride scholarships for college. They also discussed the fact that John Beilein might not be coaching the Cavs next season. Then, Keith Langlois joined us to go further in depth into the Pistons right now as Reggie Jackson has signed with the Clippers following a contract buyout.
