And here’s the thing - Trey didn’t have any business experience or marketing experience, and he took a company making $1,000 per month to making over $800,000 per month, during a pandemic! In high school, he hit a low batting average and decided to work on his skills. He met his hitting coach, who was the original owner of the bat company he owns now. After high school, he wasn’t drafted to a professional team, so he needed to decide between a job or a joining a minor league team. Ultimately, he decided to accept a job offer in Arizona. A few years later, he moved back to Georgia and reconnected with his hitting coach. He was offered the company and took it over! To significantly increase his sales in such a short period, Trey first identified his target audience - parents of baseball player. He found plenty of Facebook groups full of his target customers, and would comment some coaching tips off their posts. After Trey had been providing value to the groups for some time when parents started reaching out to him. Their children were having great success with his online program, so by word of mouth and testimonials, the demand for his program blew up!
