Too many of us are not taking time off, despite the added stress caused by the pandemic (and the blurred lines between work and home). What if we shifted our perception of what it means to take time off? Instead of viewing down time as laziness or a failure, what if we saw time off as an investment in ourselves? It’s about valuing yourself enough to make that investment in yourself and modeling that behavior for others.
