Minnie Ingersoll joins me on Tech Talks Daily to share her inspirational journey in tech. Minnie started her career as an early product manager at Google where she was classmates with Marissa Mayer. Minnie co-founded the Access nteam; a cross-functional product, policy, and engineering team that spun off Google Fiber. After 11+ years, she left Google to begin her aown entrepreneurial journey as the co-founder and COO of Shift, an online marketplace for used cars. Minnie learned a lot of lessons hiring hundreds of employees and scaling a $100M+ business. Here in 2020, Minnie is a partner at TenOneTen Ventures, which is a Los Angeles based early-stage venture capital firm. The company invests in entrepreneurs that apply data and technology to disrupt existing industries, or create new categories entirely. I wanted to learn more about how this team of technologists who believe technology can help shape the world and the belief that ‘having the data’ leads to the best decisions.
