This week's guest is Jarrod Montague, drummer for Taproot.

Jarrod recently wrote a book called True Rockstars: 12 Guiding Principles for Success and Happiness. Like the book, we chat about Jarrod's time going to the University of Michigan and forming Taproot.

We take a deep dive into all things Taproot, and how the lessons Jarrod learned helped him in his career once he left the band.
