This is my chat with Jeremy Schaeffer, vocalist of Earth Groans.

With the band being recently signed to Solid State Records, and not having a whole lot of information about them out, we find out how Earth Groans started, and get a peek into the writing process of the band.

We get into how Jeremy got into music, especially metal living out in South Dakota. What kind of a scene there is in South Dakota, and how the band were able to hit the road and build their brand and get signed.

We also find out how the band got their name, and how Jeremy's faith plays into the bands overall message and the christian metal scene as a whole, past and present, and label mates they'd like to tour with.
