My guest this week is Jay Pepito bassist and backing vocals for END, former vocalist of Reign Supreme and a few other bands.

We get into a bit about END, how Jay got asked to be a part of the band, and what recording the bands new EP was like for him, as well as what it was like to keep the band a secret for the better part of a year.

We also talk about the current state of heavy music, and our own experiences within the scene over the past 20 years, and some funny stories about east coast gas station chain, WAWA, and some other funny stories from Jay about early touring days.
