Description

Today we are talking to our friends and former guests on the show, Andy Riise and Jon Macaskill. Both of these gentlemen, which is a term I use lightly in this case, bring a wealth of knowledge and experience they have gained as graduates of rival service academies and members of the Special Operations community. We invited Andy and Jon to come back on the show together because they are in the middle of training for a half ironman competition. One of the reasons they are competing in this competition is to raise money for an organization called Warrior Rising which helps support veterans who have started their own business. In the episode Jon and Andy talk about how they use their knowledge of human behavior and human performance to set themselves up for success when facing the many challenges that come with this competition. Recording this episode was a lot of fun and there are plenty of great takeaways sandwiched between a lot of crap talking. If you have a minute, please click on the link in the episode details that will take you to the Warrior Rising page so you can learn more. Please don’t forget to follow us on social media, you can find the links in the episode details and if you enjoyed the podcast, please tell your friends about it.
