Robert specializes in toxic torts, agricultural, environmental, commercial, and complex products liability litigation. He handles toxic exposure and contamination cases throughout the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Robert has litigated against many of the world’s largest companies, including DuPont, Novartis, Basf, Exxon and BP. Among other recognitions, Robert has been certified as one of the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” by The National Trial Lawyers in 2012, as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in 2008, as one of “South Florida’s Top Lawyers” in 2010, 2011 and as one of “America’s Most Honored Professionals.” Last but not least, Robert won one of the largest single plaintiff mold contamination cases, nationwide. The damage award included $10 million for expected future medical expenses, more than $1.2 million for past and future lost earnings, and $35 million for loss of capacity to enjoy life.
