Prologis is the global leader in industrial logistics real estate, whose strategic focus on global and regional markets has them managing, owning, or developing approximately 671 million square feet (62 million square meters) valued around $57.3 billion in total assets.

In addition to his current role with Prologis, Moghadam has previously served as trustee and member of the board’s executive committee for the Urban Land Institute, as well as chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the Real Estate Investment Trust Political Action Committee. In 2013, he received the Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur of the Year Overall Award and is a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor.
