Well stay tunes because our guest on this episode is Dan Sachs. Dan is a professor at DePaul University’s School of Hospitality Leadership and is the Entrepreneur In Residence at DePaul’s Coleman Entrepreneurship Center.

His experience working with executive teams as well as on the “front lines” make him uniquely qualified to translate a strategic vision into executable daily operations.
Dan Sachs has been a featured speaker for Nation’s Restaurant News, the National Restaurant Association, Food & Wine magazine as well as at a number of Chicago events.
