Shortly after the NHL Draft Lottery results were announced, Laura Saba of Locked On Canadiens sat down with Russ Cohen of Locked On Flyers, Erica Lindsay Ayala of Locked On Kraken, and Robyn Leaño of Locked On Coyotes to discuss the lottery results and how their respective teams fared and what they are likely to do with their picks. First, they discussed what type of player Shane Wright is and what he brings. They then talked about what each team might need and is likely to do - the Arizona Coyotes dropped a spot while the Philadelphia Flyers have had a rough couple of seasons, particularly in terms of culture, and the Seattle Kraken are trying to build their own team and their own identity over the next couple of years. Russ Cohen provided some insight into some of the players ranked in the top 5 for this year, while Erica explained how Seattle could use some size in their lineup, provided the talent is there. They also talked about which team they were happiest for and which team they would be most dejected for in this year's results.
