In this episode, we're doing another Chibiusa chapter! Usagi & Chibiusa are getting addicted to sweets, and honestly it's low-key all Ikuko's fault for never leaving the damn kitchen! Set yourself free, girl! Anyway, they learn that they have cavities, thanks to the info given by the Inner Guardians, and Kenji takes them to the dentist. But things are not as they seem, because a spirit obsessed with cavities haunts the dental clinic! Chibiusa has to face her fears and triumph over her sweet tooth to battle against the Sugar Spirit!
