In this episode, it's all about Juri! This filler chapter takes place before the proper end of Utena, but right after Juri & Utena have their duel. Devastated by her defeat, Juri isn't showing up for classes or the fencing team, and with her being captain, that's an issue. Miki tries to get her out of bed yet again, but this time for a good reason: there's someone practicing with the fencing team claiming they're taking over as a captain! Juri runs to the fencing team practice only to learn that the mysterious man is actually her former mentor and upperclassman, Ruka Tsuchiya. Everything goes to hell when Ruka starts putting down Juri's recent absence, and starts teaching Utena how to fence.
