In this episode, we're getting back to action! The Outers bust up the Dead Moon Circus to save the Inner Guardians from the evil clutches of the Amazoness Quartet, Usagi has fallen ill, acquiring the same illness that still plauges Mamoru, The now reunited Sailor Guardians wage war against the Quartet, Hotaru uses her connection with Chibiusa to request her aid in the battle, Mamoru and Usagi struggle against their illness to join their friends in the fight, Madam Zirconia tires of the Amazoness Quartet's mistakes and takes over in fighting against the Guardians, Helios attempts to help Usagi and Mamoru as they succumb to new effects of the curse, and Zirconia puts Chibiusa and Hotaru against terrible odds, leaving their fates in the balance.
