Geographer Mylene Hazel De Guzman discusses the social and spatial dimensions of the pandemic along with the various dimensions of being “healthy” (2:25); inequalities and access to healthcare (11:19); social and physical distancing (13:25); and the intertwined aspects of human ecology, spaces/places and health (16:07). Economist JC Punongbayan tackles the economic dimensions of the crisis noting the macro and micro-economic impacts of the lockdown (21:52) and the economic stimulus package that the government intends to implement (27:17). JC and Hazel reflect on good practices so far and possible ways forward (33:00).
