Fernando is the Community Engagement Associate Planner for the Bronx Borough Office at the NYC Dept of City Planning. He is also a sustainable consultant and has prior experience working on community development and environmental justice planning and policy with THE POINt CDC in the Hunts Point neighborhood of the South Bronx. Fernando has studied across four continents researching and observing sustainability related issues.
