Description

In this episode, we explore how from the lens of mainstream society, the idea of self-care can be off-putting.  It is only when we slow down and see things through an alternate perspective, reminding ourselves that taking care of ourselves is where we can better care for others more effectively, that’s where we are reminded to extend grace to each other (and extend it to ourselves!) in a good way. When we can care for ourselves well, we can care for each other even better.   This is the power of relationship and connection exemplified.  Take our survey!
