A story that takes place in New York involving gang wars, political corruption, and a whole lot of pain! And even that is just the tip of the iceberg, as the Mavericks do their best to discuss every facet that makes Banana Fish so great, and sometimes not so great. Topics of discussion include how certain demographic labels color people's opinions of the series, our thoughts on it's recent anime adaptation, as well as just how much of a time capsule the series is for better or for worse.
