Description

This week I am excited to have Dr. Neeta Bhushan on the show. Neeta experienced a lot of trauma in her early life including losing both her parents and her brother. As she entered adulthood, her first marriage ended up being physically abusive. In this episode she talks about how she met her now loving husband, Ajit Nawalka, at a time when she said a firm “no” to dating him. Due to her life experiences, Neeta dove into personal growth to heal, let her guard down, and learn how to create a healthy relationship that was not based on filling a void. She discusses the importance of self-love and how to show up to meet your co-pilot in life when you are a high-achieving woman. Hint: It does not involve having a rigid checklist!Neeta’s IG: @neetabhushanWant to know 10 GREAT questions to ask on a first date to get to know someone’s values?
