Our guest today is Rachael Burford who is one of the first professionally paid women in English Rugby and owner of Twelve and The Burford Academy. Rachael is one of the most capped females for England Rugby having earned 79 caps at Centre for the Red Roses. She's an IRB World Cup Champion, representing England in both 7's and 15's and was named England player of the year in 2014. She's won the Medway Sports Personality 4 times and was voted the BBC Sports Personality of The Year in 2014 and Sky Sports Women's Team of The Year in 2014.
