Host Eddie Celaya takes a deeper look at the growing movement to expunge marijuana-related convictions and is joined by Caroline Isaacs, the executive director of  Just Communities Arizona and Martin Hutchins, an attorney and the marijuana expungement litigation manager for the Arizona Justice Project.
Together, they shed some light on what expungement means in the context of cannabis charges, what obstacles people with marijuana-related charges face and where the nascent expungement movement is headed with recreational programs proliferating around the country.
