Henry Osborn, the co-founder of the American Eugenics Society, once summed up "The Science," saying, “As science has enlightened government in the prevention and spread of disease, it must also enlighten government in the prevention of the spread and multiplication of worthless members of society.” Almost 100 years later, his and Margaret Sanger's vision is alive and well.
