Description

Listen to retired Dallas PD Lieutenant Bob Owens' story of serving his country as a U.S. Marine Corps veteran while serving in Vietnam. Lt. Owens began his 40 year Dallas Police career in 1974 as he was a trailblazer in innovation in training, leadership and cementing a tactical mindset in SWAT that is still cemented today. Lt.
