In 2019, Loaves & Fishes provided groceries to over 80,000 neighbors in need. Tina previously served as Chief Executive Officer for the Billings Family YMCA. Tina has a BS in Psychology from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership for Nonprofit Management from Lewis University. In addition to her leadership role at Loaves & Fishes, Tina is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer and presents on topics of collaboration, strategic planning, organizational development and servant leadership. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina Charlotte and teaches graduate courses in Nonprofit Management and Fundraising. Tina is an active member of several local and national volunteer organizations and advocacy groups aimed to combat poverty, alleviate food insecurity and achieve social justice for all.
