Episode ten of Gay Card Revoked has Rob and Robbie take a look at Dr. Alan Downs' 2005 book, The Velvet Rage: Overcoming The Pain Of Growing Up Gay In A Straight Man's World, which has sharply divided many in the community.
Joining them is Logan Hoy Tucker, an advocate of the book and self proclaimed "baby gay", who will discuss not only the merits of the book, as well as its faults, but also discuss Gilbert Gottfried's book narration, why Santa Fe is a destination for gay men, the art of shame, living an authentic life, accepting your sexuality at various stages of your life, and why this book should be part of your Gay Card.
