Description
Walt and Garrett are the dynamic duo on this Live from Seattle Wekfest recording, at the beautiful Washington Convention Center. Al was there in spirit, so it was up to the two remaining hosts to capture all the magic of this high-revving, attention to detail, friends and family style car show called Wekfest. We talk to local vendors like Cooper of C's Customs and Kels from Exotic Snacks. We tap local petrol heads and past trophy winners to gain insight and foresight into the current field, and what some of the past winners have planned for the future. We discuss COMMUNITY (something that is greatly important to us) with local and national car clubs/groups. Teddie from Liberty VIP explains what it takes to build and maintain a national car club, as well as the local support that goes hand in hand with being a part of any good-natured car community. Walt and Garrett go in depth with two-time Car of the Festival winner, Eric Anderson for his 1985 Honda Civic DX ( B18c5 motor, Kinsler ITBs, Private label headers, custom roll cage & widebody fenders, AEM electronics & management Hayashi Super Street wheels and of course a livery done by Walter Franco of Namsayin) . Finally, the guys touch base on all the firsts the 2022 Wekfest Seattle edition held for individuals, the community, and of course the Namsayin family.
