Often we think we know what project success looks like and yet that isn't always correct. It is important to understand what success looks like for your Project Sponsor or Business Owners perspective.  These are the people who take ownership once the 'project' is wrapped up and they have a clear understanding of what it will take to make a successful change for the business.
