We've shifted from the space of seeing people in the office to having them work remotely.  Do you trust that they are working and doing what they need to be doing?  It's a big shift for a lot of companies or businesses. And yet, in my experience workers who have the flexibility to work within their own time frames are more productive than needing to fit in the standard 9-5 business day.
