The Disney Parks Blog has finally posted the Foodie Guide for Halloween Time this year. All around the resort, decorations have appeared for the Halloween Time celebration. From the Main Entrance turnstiles with pumpkin versions of the “Fab 5” to minor decorations in the shops on Main Street, there is the presence of the season. Over in Disney California Adventure, all the bunting has been hung, and the headless horseman has taken up his place on Buena Vista Street. The Plaza de la Familia in Paradise Gardens has been transformed for the season. Coco decorations are everywhere in this part of the park. A lot of photo ops are available, including Dante in his dog form. There are crafts for the kids, and some Mexican food is on the menu at the Paradise Garden Grill. The poison apple premium mugs are back for Halloween Time this year. This years version is a metallic red and is available at the Red Rose Taverne for $16.99, with choice of a drink or fries. The Fruit Stand on Buena Vista Street also has the mug, without the fries option. A new Mickey Mummy Popcorn bucket arrived at the resort for $20.50. It features Mickey dressed as a mummy, holding a jack-o-lantern. Banners in the esplanade have been updated to the Halloween Time versions of attractions, with a spooky color scheme. Brightly colored pumpkins have been placed all around planters in Downtown Disney. It isn’t even Halloween yet and the Disneyland Resort is already planning for Holiday Magic! From November 12th through January 9th the seasonal offerings of Holiday Magic will be available throughout the resort. This includes Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle, and the 60-foot Christmas tree on Main Street. A Christmas Fantasy Parade will also return, along with Believe… in Holiday Magic fireworks, and it’s a small world Holiday. Over at Disney California Adventure, The Festival of the Holidays is back celebrating the diversity of the holidays.
