On today's episode of Office Hours, we talk about how to leverage an internship or job offer into a better one. This episode was prompted by a question we received from a current student trying to make their decision for the summer. 

They asked us, "I got accepted into an internship program but it isn’t my first choice. They took an assumed approach and said “we look forward to working with you” instead of offering the role and letting me formally accept. How do I tell them that I’d like to wait until I hear back from other companies before I make my final decision?"
