As a team of one she wears many hats, but currently leads all recruiting efforts for intern and new grad software engineering roles. She also runs their summer intern program in support with their Engineering Operations team. Madison has been at DoorDash since early 2017 and is located in our HQ in San Francisco. 

She shared their internship program expectations, how to stand out when applying to their program and why DoorDash is a great place to work.
